Academic Calendar 2024/2025
The academic calendar for 2024/25 contains important dates related to studies at the Faculty of Arts. These include, for example, the dates of instruction in the winter semester and summer semester, the dates of the examination period in the winter semester and summer semester, the dates of registration in the IS, the dates of the state final examinations and more.

Study plans
The study plan contains compulsory field courses, their SIS (Student Information System) code, credit allocation for these courses, number of lessons taught, method of assessment and possible prerequisites (a course that must be completed before enrolling in another course).
The published study plans are binding for the control of the fulfillment of study obligations before the state final examination and correspond to the checks in SIS.

Master’s Degree
The study plan of the follow-up Master’s degree programme contains compulsory elective courses, which consist of choosing between one of five modules, i.e. choosing the fourth subject, in which the student will pass the state final examination.
When choosing the state exam module, the student should keep in mind that the module he or she chooses corresponds to the choice of the topic of the diploma thesis and the completed internships.
